Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering our products. This Preorder Page outlines the terms and conditions for all pre-orders placed through our website.

- Update as at 29 Nov
Production complete and is expected to be loaded into the container next Tuesday.
- Update as at 24 Nov
Quality control on the bags and accessories is ongoing, with 80% of production already completed. However, a critical issue with back panel stitching and shoulder strap alignment was identified during a recent QC check, requiring additional reassessment and repairs.
While production was initially planned to finish on 25th November, the revised timeline now estimates an additional 5-10 days to ensure every bag meets our high-quality standards. Once completed, the bags will be loaded into the container for ocean freight to the warehouse. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
- Update as at 15 Nov 4pm:
Q&C on bags and accessories are well and truly in progress and many have come off the assembly lines for final check and packaging. Production is planned to finish on or around 25th November and will be loaded up into the container for ocean freight to the warehouse.
- Updated as at 7 Nov 9am:
Bags are starting to come together. Since 1 Nov to now, the packing cubes have been completed. Dopp Kit is doing well without hiccups and nearly finished. Laptop and back panel of the backpack have been the main focus for the past few days as it's been a complicated construction process. It should start to progress to the final stage of assembly from now. Bar tack stitching on shoulder straps are now in progression on the lines.

Sewing on assembly lines has started earlier than anticipated. Production is well and truly underway and things are moving forward quickly. For VIPs, updates are shared regularly also in the Facebook VIP group. Otherwise, you can also follow along on Social Media as we will start to post more regularly once on site at the factory.

Sewing on assembly lines has moved to a scheduled start on 28th Oct due to a major bag brand production finishing behind schedule, which has had a flow on effect to ours. Dates have been updated below as of today.
1. Preorder Overview
When placing a preorder for the Minimul M38 Travel Backpack or any other Minimul product(s), you are purchasing the item in advance from our limited production run. Preorders are charged at the time of checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the products arrive at our warehouse.

Please note that production is a very complicated process involving various factors such as Q&C, assembly line arrangements etc that could impact these dates. We will certainly provide updates whenever there is a possible change to these dates. Customers should ensure to check emails for important updates.
Once the goods are shipped by ocean freight from the port in Saigon, we will post the tracker here for your reference.
Two discount codes are available for preorders:
- VIP Discount Code: Available until November 30th or until preorder stock limits are reached, whichever comes first. This code can only be used once per email address and account.
- General Discount Code ("Launch Special"): Available to all customers and shared by influencers. This code can also be used once per email address and account.
Please note that each discount code can only be used once per customer, household, email address, and account. Once a code is used, it cannot be reused if a cancellation or refund is issued. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
4. Payment
Preorders are charged upfront at the time of purchase. Your payment secures your product(s) and confirms your place in the preorder queue. If you cancel or refund your preorder prior to shipment, you will lose your spot in the queue.
5. Cancellation and Refunds- Cancellation: You may cancel your preorder and request a refund anytime before the shipment date by contacting our support team or through the PreProduct customer portal.
- Refunds: Refunds will be provided per our Refunds and Returns policy page. Please refer to the page to understand returns process in case you are not satisfied with your pre-order.
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs and taxes will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties imposed by their respective countries.
