Preorder Policy

Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering our products. This Preorder Policy outlines the terms and conditions for all pre-orders placed through our website.

1. Preorder Overview

When placing a preorder for the Minimul M38 Travel Backpack or any other Minimul product(s), you are purchasing the item in advance from our limited production run. Preorders are charged at the time of checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the products arrive at our warehouse.

Once the goods are shipped by ocean freight from the port in Saigon, we will post the tracker here for your reference.

3. Discount Codes

Two discount codes are available for preorders:

  • VIP Discount Code: Available until November 30th or until preorder stock limits are reached, whichever comes first. This code can only be used once per email address and account.
  • General Discount Code ("Launch Special"): Available to all customers and shared by influencers. This code can also be used once per email address and account.

Please note that each discount code can only be used once per customer, household, email address, and account. Once a code is used, it cannot be reused if a cancellation or refund is issued. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

4. Payment

Preorders are charged upfront at the time of purchase. Your payment secures your product(s) and confirms your place in the preorder queue. If you cancel or refund your preorder prior to shipment, you will lose your spot in the queue.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your preorder and request a refund anytime before the shipment date by contacting our support team or through the PreProduct customer portal.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be accepted after the shipment of goods for preorders. As a small startup, your preorder helps fund production and allows us to scale our business. Each preorder helps us carefully manage manufacturing and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. We ask that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy. Your support directly contributes to our growth, and we truly appreciate it.

6. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs and taxes will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties imposed by their respective countries.
