M20 EDC Backpack

At first glance, this bag looks pretty simple compared to others. But honestly, the more you use it, the more you realize that every single detail has a purpose.

For me, a bag standing on its own is a huge deal (I get so annoyed when bags fall over!). This one stands perfectly fine even when it's completely empty or zipped wide open.

But when I put only my laptop inside, it tipped forward. At first, I was like, "Wait, what? It doesn't stand?!"

But then I realized the genius behind it. The laptop slot is floating to absorb ground shocks, and even when it tilts, it never falls on the laptop side—it always leans toward the front, and it does it super slowly. Once I realized this was an intentional design to protect my gear, I was honestly blown away.

It looks like a simple minimalist bag, but it’s actually a super smart piece of engineering. Highly recommended!

I waited a long time for our two Minimul M20 backpacks, and I'm happy to report that it was worth it! We plan to use these as our OneBag on flights with tight personal item restrictions, and it's going to be perfect for that. Using cubes and pouches, we can easily pack four days inside these bags. The straps are thick, plush, and very comfortable. With our water bottles filled, the bags weigh about 15 pounds and are very comfortable to wear. The laptop compartment storage and access are excellent. The sternum strap is comfy, and we love the luggage pass-thru strap that can keep the bag vertical. It's a great bag to add to my ManyBaggers collection, and I can't recommend it enough. It wears very well and is comfortable while carrying a lot! The water bottle pockets are excellent, as are the quick access pockets.

I am a 5'7" female with a 19" torso. This wears high and tight, which is what I prefer.

Perfect size! I’ve been looking for a shorter 20L bag. Great personal item bag for most airlines.

Found the M20 to be very comfortable. Build quality was great. Only reason I returned it was because I have a very specific set of gear I need to carry for work & it just didn’t quite fit. I knew it was going to be a close call, but I had to at least try it out. I really wanted to keep it, but wife didn’t think I needed another backpack “just because”.

Saw the YouTube videos and that prompted my purchase. I love the material color and inside color. The backpack is light weight and easy to pack. My wish would be one or two more pockets on the out side (maybe on secret pocket.) Maybe another spot to hook keys too . or an inside lanyard and hook . Adding a bit of color to the outside zipper ties would be nice too

I've had a great experience using this backpack. I use it to carry my work laptop and lots of items I need on the go when travelling, and I feel like it fits everything and still offers me a stylish bag on the outside. Highly recommended.

Love this backpack. I do, however, wish it had little tabs on the exterior so I could clip small items like a mini hand sanitizer.

Well-made, excellent backpack. With lots of big pockets and small pockets well designed. Haven’t seen a backpack design like this ever. I would definitely recommend it to friends and coworkers.

Amazing product

I use it as my day to day backpack for work. Great functionality, fits my 16'' MacBook and all accessories in the back compartment while leaving enough space for lunch and snacks and the occasional shopping on my way home.
Also well thought out details like the small compartment for smartphone/headphones in the upper back.
Great wearing comfort while being sturdy at the same time.

As the title suggests (and I’m not exaggerating), this backpack features top-quality materials and excellent organization for everyday use. When not fully packed, it retains the shape of a classic 15L backpack, yet surprisingly expands very well to accommodate daily needs. Great material, great quality, great team, and great communication.

The M20 EDC Backpack is aamazing backpack

The pack has great quality, my only issue is that being 186cm tall and 130kg, it’s a little small in general. That wouldn’t be such a problem other than aesthetically, but the padded straps barely go over my shoulders due to where the bag sits on my back, resulting in the connecting stabilizing strap closing around my neck. That’s mainly my fault for not realizing the size before hand. That’s not a complaint about the backpack itself, it’s more of a complaint on backpacks for “bigger” people. I’m sure one of my “smaller” friends will enjoy it when I gift it to them.

Really love the M20! It's been great so far as an avid cruiser. Looking forward to more experience with it

I am very happy with my M20 EDC from Minimul. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the design is very thoughtful. I have purchased too many backpacks and end up saying, "That (feature) is really stupid..." Haven't done it once with the M20. I look forward to carrying this for a long time.

Minimul 20L EDC backpack is made from high-quality materials and features a minimal design focused on functionality. While it fits fairly well, it can feel tight, especially for larger body types. Many pockets share space in the main compartment, making the 20-liter capacity feel somewhat limited. It's an ideal size for those who are 5'5" or shorter, particularly women, but may appear small and childlike on males taller than 5'6". An expandable design or a taller structure would enhance its versatility, as I’m looking for options in the 26-30L range for better everyday carry.

I am not usually a backpack person; somehow I found myself looking at the prototype of the M20 EDC and decided to sponsor the build on Kickstarter. It was a great decision. The M20 is well made and well designed. No complaints, and I highly recommend it.

Worth the wait, have ungraded my daily bag after 12years of abuse and was looking for something sturdy, that work look after my laptop. I can see this doing the same, a lot of thought has gone into the design to make things easier.

it's great - 20L - just wish there was a 26L version but that's to no fault of Seung, it obviously says 20L in the product title. will note that there are a few quality issues such as a loose string in laptop compartment (pretty obvious and annoying ) but I can probably look past it since it's great in pretty much every other way. just wish there was a side quick access pocket for wallet, sunnies, etc.!

Brilliant backpack, exactly what a wanted for an EDC! Built quality is excellent, storage compartments are well thought out and functional and it’s surprisingly roomy for a small pack. Love it!

As a backer, I decided to give this a try, and safe to say the M20 delivers. The bag is very high quality and feels robust in the hands. The zippers are SUPER smooth, some of the best I've experienced so far in bags of this size, and the internal organization is a game-changer for my commute. It just nails the fundamentals. It's on the smaller end of a 20L due to its height but it's deceptively large in that it can pack a lot more than you think.
