If I preorder, when will you ship?
Your bag (and any accessories if added) are currently in production at our factory in Vietnam. Once production is completed, it will be shipped by ocean freight from the port in Saigon to our US warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah.
It is expected to take at least 6-7 weeks to arrive from the port to the warehouse.

Will you be shipping worldwide?
Yes, we will be shipping worldwide directly from our US warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please double check the schedule for estimated shipping rates and align these with the actual rate when you add to cart and checkout.
What about duties or customs taxes?
We will not be charging any duties or customs taxes related to your order. You will need to double check whether these will apply based on the location you are ordering from. In certain cases, you may be exempt from paying any depending on whether your country has a free trade agreement with the US (e.g. Australia).

Sewing on assembly lines has moved to a scheduled start on 28th Oct due to a major bag brand production finishing behind schedule, which has had a flow on effect to ours. Dates have been updated below as of today.
